Refund Policy

At ITAfx Academy, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If our program does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward refund process. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all program purchases. If you are not satisfied with the program for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.

The 14-day period starts from the date of purchase, not the date you first access the content. Refund requests received after the 14-day period will not be honored.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Send an email to contact@itafx.pro with the subject line "Refund Request"
Include your full name, the email address used for the purchase, and your Order ID
Briefly describe the reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve)

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process the refund within 5-10 business days after confirmation. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Conditions

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date
Only one refund per customer per program is permitted
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
Upon refund, access to the program and all associated materials will be revoked
Promotional codes or discounts applied to the original purchase do not affect the refund amount — you will receive back the amount you actually paid

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

Requests submitted after the 14-day refund window
Accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Use
Purchases made using fraudulent payment methods

5. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account and may delay resolution.
